i am i crazy?

That's what I was thinking, its a mustang not $300k Ferrari (or even a $60k mercedes). I don't understand people who buy mustangs for driving on sunny days and weekends only:shrug: even if you have $15k of money invested on it its still a mustang. Thats the fun part about driving my mustang, its my daily driver:) ...

i agree tottaly.. but its so nice to have a DD thats not a stang, when its giving me problems i just shove it away in the garage and work on it another day.. plus i dont have to do end of work day mods and prey that i dont run into any problems where i cant make it to work the next day..

->(:OT: BAAAAAAHHHH!!!!)<-

It's all relative. I'm sure there are people out there cruising in Ferraris that had an easier time affording it than some people have affording a Mustang. Just because someone can't afford an ultra-expensive car doesn't mean they can't enjoy it and take care of it like it is one.

And for the record, I drive mine in the rain (only car I got right now). If I bought a Ferrari tomorrow, I would drive it in the rain and garage the Mustang.

Who's crazy now?! :lol:

realistically speaking i have a hard time beleiving that but i like your spirit!

Actually, come to think of it, you could drive the ferrari while you tear the stang down and rebuild lol. thatd make sense.

Me...I bought my car to drive,I dont mind so much driving it in the rain...but ice,not gonna happen for me.The only thing I hate about driving it in the rain is that its yellow and if i get it on the hwy it will have black from the road sprayed all over it.

This thread reminds me of a nieghbor few houses up from me.He has the 2007 Parnell jones Boss Saleen #104 of 500,the ones that are kinda orange with the #15 on the door.He has had the car for 18 months and it still has less than 1000 miles,garage kept,never been in rain and claims that since he has had it,its never even been washed but it has a showroom shine on it.

Also Im just curiuos but what do those Boss saleens cost.Cause I think he has in Ford and Mustang for sale.He has $40k for the price b ut there are 2 others on there for sale and they are asking $65k and up.

The only one I dont drive in the rain is the Cobra, cause I'm way too picky about keeping it clean! My 93 GT has seen it all From light rain to full on Colorado blizzards. (The tire chains made it sound like I was driving a tank though.)
