I have the second set of heads to fix my car but for $450 I don't know if I want to pass this up !! I could put my cobra cams in the 5.4 and find some intake adapter's and rock a 5.4 > it's very timpting.

result's are in it DID NOT THROW A TIMING CHAIN> it sucked in alot -- alot of water and hydro locked and broke pistons and bent rods > great .... and I thought it was going to be bad so the motor is out and the in the back of my truck and I'll pull the car back home tomorrow > and it will sit till spring .... or till I decide what I'm going to do.
