I got some 68 302 heads will they work?

My boss gave me a set of 68 302 heads.
The intake valves are 1.84's
I'm pretty sure. My caliper isn't digital.
They are ported and polished already.
How much of a difference will these make? and what am I going to have to mod for these to be compatable.
What are the stock valve sizes on my E7's
my stangs an 88 gt.
And with these will my mac Lt's still bolt up properly?

If its got 184s who ever ported them put bigger valves in also. If I remember correctly the 68 - 74 302 heads were 68cc - 72cc chambers and E7s are 64cc so youll lose comprresion. If its a good porting job you could have them milled

well that sucks I don't wanna lose any power.
I'll have to take some good measurements of these heads and see what I can do with them.

Actually, I believe that there were 2 different 302 heads available in 1968. If the casting number is c8ZF it should have 49.5 cc combustion chambers, and if they're c8AF they would be 59.9 cc's.
