well we pulled the last spark plug on the driver side and it was all F@#%ed up it had deposits all over it and it was the only plug b4 i did my h/c/i that spark plug out of the old head was messed up too i thought it was because of the valves and the #4 cylinder head was caked with carbon build up too i dont know my dad is now harrasing me by saying you messed with the top end and now it put stress on the bottom end and i was like every1 else does it i just wish the problems would end.

Nick

p.s. every thing is on the intake and i down shift sometimes not often i also fond a short block assy for 500 bucks with new stock parts.

I'm having the oil through the intake issue as well. Most people with aftermarket intakes are having the same issues. I've found that by not down shifting and by engaging the clutch at anytime I feel the car is being slown down by the engine, that my oil consumption has drastically reduced.
As I'm sure you're aware, vacuum is created during deceleration in turn throwing oil up through the PCV as well as possibly through your valve cover oil filler neck tube leading to the cold air intake, if not baffled properly.
