Im just venting. I hate the 05+ forums so much. I feel like im in a retirement home listening to the clowns with too much money talk about the SAME stuff time after time. There isn't and shouldnt be 20000 threads on which axleback or CAI or tuner to pick out. They are uneducated in cars but want the fastest one. this is why i stay in the sn95 side. i try to give these guys some advice, and they assume im wrong because im not within 20 years of their age.

vent over. no need to respond, reading this is enough... unless you really want to respond

i think the 94/95 forums have the same problem, and not just limited to axleback, cai, tuning, etc. actually i would imagine every forum has that problem but since the 94/95 forum is where i visit there is only so many "smog removal ?" or "which intake, cobra or gt40?" threads i can tolerate. to me, that sh-t is getting real old. i'm not bashing anybody here, the 94/95 crowd is pretty cool, but the search function is there for a reason and it works wonders. if somebody typed in a search for smog removal there is probably enough info on here to choke a horse.

Keep in mind that some people have different situations requiring different answers. I find that using the search will get me an answer only about 60% of the time.
There are also those here who don't mind helping the newbies out. I hate seeing a new member getting a welcome that consists of older members pointing out how stupid they are for not using the search. If you don't like repetitive threads, don't open them. It's not like they're filling up pages a day; if that were the case I could understand the frustration.

As for the '05 Forums, the last time I was in there was about 2 years ago. It was all new owners showing off their money by paying $5,000 mark-ups and a bunch of wannabes dreaming of soon owning one. I think the most common thread was "Which color should I get?" I haven't gone in there since.

Then don't go there.

As for some other people looking for content (in those forums), we are working on a massive FAQ and will have TSB documents online soon.
