I HATE the previous own of my car.

This guy was a moron. Grade A idiot. One of these people that never should be allowed to own wrenches. He installed 3.73 gears on my 96 GT and when he did he never bothered to set the back lash and tore all the carrier bearings and the pinion bearing up. He put Ford Racing shorty headers on, and NEVER tightened the bolts so it blew all the gaskets out. When he put the rear end back in the car he tightened the bolts so tight, even heating them up they wouldn't come off. And now hes done this. This pissed me off the most. A 20 min job, left my car sitting and useless for a couple of days.

I pulled this out of number 4 cylinder. Of course the heads are messed up now. So i went to retap the hole and found this...

Not only did he cross thread the head once, but he put a heli-coil in and then CROSS THREADED the heli-coil. What a moron.

God, that is horrible.

I've noticed some make you wonder what the previous owner was smoking stuff on my car as well. Except I believe it was the original owner that was to blame, not the guy before me.

I would have gotten rid of that car a long time ago! Let someone else deal with it instead of investing your time and money. Find a clean car that has been maintained well.

wow! Serious? I mean, do you have a hard time distinguishing a dumbass? Or do you easily jump the gun and assume I'm prejudice towards some people? Perhaps you should've taken a page out of your biology teachers book and learned humans naturally judge. You clearly see the issues this fellow is having which probably means he's not the brightest crayon in the box if he worked on this car. Snap judgements about people usally end up w/a nasty ending. Distiguishing a dumbass probaly wouldn't be hard w/the comment you've made, if taken seriously. Sure this guy who worked on the car might've not been the most mechanically inclined but, that dosn't mean hes not smart, just not good at cars.

Use this a learning experience.
