I think that's probably what happened to my t-5 as well, but I never took it apart. I just powershifted from 2nd to 3rd. It locked up for a second, but freed up a little, and getting into the clutch helped and into neutral helped. Later, I was able to move the car a few feet onto a flat-bed, but it was definitely going clankity-clank like a tank! lol
