I have a few 2010 V6 questions

Buying a CAI and a tune at the same time from the same company is the best way to do it. Don't limit yourself to chips, because the best tune is usually in the tuner. Brenspeed, bamachips, steeda, etc....can't go wrong with any of them. C&L, JLT, Steeda CAI's, they're all good stuff. C&L makes the nicest from what I've seen.

Strut [tower] bars are generally not needed on this platform. There is a small difference with increased stiffness, but not much. Ford fixed the problem when they built the chassis, so, the strut bar is more or less there for looks. Some will swear by them, but they simply don't make as much of a difference on the S197's as they did the previous bodies.
