i have a Question about saving files in CalEdit ???

there are a few "fine" points to entering the MafTransfer into the tweecer.

1. You need to use the arrow up/down/left/right to move from cell to cell and not the mouse. For some reason the celll wont take all the time every time with the "mouse click" on the cell you want to change...something to do with the way it is entered.

2. More than not the MafTransfer WILL be slightly diff. after you hit save, it will be a small change like it rounds it up/down due to the way the programming is. As and example say you enter 125.725 as the kg/hr at 3.21volts after you hit save it may go to 126.002 or 125.033.

And from your question it sounds as if you not sure its saving the scal. as well (if I am reading your question correctly). Yes is will save all changes made to the scal. but it is always a good idea to not change alot at one time in the beginning so you can pin-point tune issues and not ALOT of possible change issues. If your in doubt you could always go back and forth from the stock orig. tune and your "modded" tune to see what was changed.

It should, but I always save before I leave that screen/tab as I work on the Maf and maf only when I do any changes to it. I fig. it would be safer to make sure before I leave that screen/tab. So in short I have no 100% proof that it does or does not. I dont think I have ever used the save transfer window, I just go to the "save" and save it all.

It is worth a note that it is a very good idea to make as few changes and almost save every single change. It makes it easy to go back to the last point if the "new" change is in the wrong direction. This is the reason when I want to work on the MafTransfer I ONLY work on the MafTransfer and save after that change, then change other stuff in a sep. change.
