goin through the same thing man, my gf cheated on me....so i can only tell you what i do to get over it. stay busy....work on the car, video games, and i do drink, just be careful. go out with your friends, and try and hangout with girls, even if you arent gonna try anything with them, havin chicks around helps. you will regret sleepin with her best friend, unless u know for sure you wont get back together with her, so despite if she is ugly, it will piss the hell out of your ex. anyway becareful with that, she might try to sleep with your friend too.
oh yeah, i have trouble sleepin, so i get hammered and listen to some Dane Cook to cheer me up...it might help with you. goodluck man

so, round 2: I emailed her back to try and get some answers, and god damn she gave me some harsh bitchy hateful answers which still didnt make any sense to me. after I read it I just flipped out, punched a hole in my wall and broke my hand. My right hand too, which means no writing, using my mouse backwards, and no shifting gears. I still just cant believe this. I tried to mack on this girl my friend knows, and it didnt work, so then we all got wasted and watched the canes game, which we lost, I had the worst day ever

and how the hell did you break your hand anyway? did you hit a stud? if you did, studs are often 12-18 inches apart for further wall punching reference.

Best thing you can do in my opinion, is to move on extremely quick and show no pain over the matter. It'll be good for you and really upset her when she sees how easy it was to get over her and move on...girls hate that.

That sucks man...... My ex of 5 years flew from Oklahoma to New York to sleep with some dude she met on the internet.... I found the plane ticket and packed her **** while she was on the flight there.. She got a surprise when she got home...
