Well I just finished getting my tints done today... hehehe 5% all the way around, I will post some pics up as soon as I can. All i know is i have and will be driving slow and following all traffic laws seeing as I really dont want a ticket for these, lol.

5% is so sexy...i know i will get it and get pulled over probley pulling out of the tint shop lol my luck...my friend had his eye doctor write him a note saying he has a eye condition and cant have the direct sunlight on his eyes....he said if he gets pulled over driving a car without tint though he can autually get in trouble lol like not wearing glasses when you drive if it says you require them isint that messed up lol.

Yeah I love them, just trying to be careful not to get pulled over, I feel like a fugetive, hiding behind cars when I see cops. This is it though the day after, I am worried though because I have small bubbles on the drivers and passenger door but everyone keeps telling me thats normal and it goes away after a couple of days. But I will try to get a picture up after I wash it this was the car wet and dirty. lol

Looks sweet.

But from my experience bubbles only get bigger. You can TRY and squeeze them out to the edge, but once its slightly dry it wont work. Go back and try and get them to do it again.

****... Dont tell me that man!..... lol ok well If its not gone by friday then I will take it in monday and drop it off in the morning and tell them to take there sweet time and get it done right this time........:nonono: But again hopefully it goes away by friday:rolleyes: (wishful thinking...)

that not good...bit of advice dont use your rear defrost....it will bubble your back window....if the place that had it dont wont fix the job they did incorrectly...then you could alway try the DIY method with a needle pop them and squeegie them in towards the pin hole to release the air.

If you had them done professionally the bubbles are completely normal. I have 5% all the way around and it took like 4-7 days for the bubbles to go away, and now it looks awesome. what my place did tell me to do was push real hard along the dot matrix with your thumb every now and then. You should be fine. i WOULDNT touch or puncture the bubbles!!!

Well I called the place today and well I made an appointment for monday to have them redone if its not gone by monday. And they have a five year warranty on it so yea they will re do it. But no need to worry about rear defrost. I dont have it, lol. But even if I did I wouldnt use it. I have seen what it does. My girlfriends mother (my mother in law) has her rear window so bad from the rear defrost you cant even see threw the back window. hehe.

Why not have the guy washing his large winged honda with a checkered flag to do yours?

I had bubbles in mine too. Takes a couple of days in the sun to get them to dry up. It looks like no sun there... I would give it a bit more time, or drive the car with the heat on and warm the insides up.
