I have a new problem with my car is it a 2003 model Auto.....
the rpm don't go over 4000 rpm it act like it is on the 8000rpm ...

the car shift's when i don't push the fuel too much like normal step with rpm lower than 4000 but when i want to race or go fast i kick it and it stuck's @ 4000 this happening while driving and while parking ..

anyone know how to solve this problem and why this **** is happening .

What's your mileage?

does the engine have a rough idle?

might be fuel related..

my mileage is 75000 mile , what do uyou mean by rough idle , ?
my air filter is in a bad shape could be because of it?
or it is a speen sensor or rev-limiter problem or just my car computer is mixxing things up

It could be your O2 sensors. Do you have a MIL on?

i did install MIL 1 month ago is it this happening because of wrong wiring or somthin?
