hey guys

few random and unrelated questions about my 95 5.0 125,000k

(1) what brakes (rotors and calipers) can i swap for a direct replacement that would actually improve breaking? -i heard something about the v8 explorers but im not sure-

(2) would i see any gains (and of course the usual how much?) if i went with a fuel pressure regulator OR a fuel pump - i have basicly all the bolt ons and a cobra manifold-

(3) what oil should i run? brand and thinckness n w/e else i might need to know

prolly wont see and gains with bigger fuel pump and/or different fuel pressure regulator at this point being basically stock unless you add bigger heads and cam or any of the following nitrous,blower,turbo which in all the cases above you will need bigger injectors too except nitrous.

i run castrol 10w30
