i need a tune and a custom chip in the worst way!!!

well i am finished with my engine...for now that is. just about everything you can do to the engine is done, 331 stroker, heads, intake, cam, all the little side goodies, blah blah blah. now all i need to do is get it running properly. the tune is so far out that it runs for about oh i dont know, 10 mins or so before is starts taking serious spikes in the RPM and evenually stalls out. then engine is running lean granted, and i think the ECU is just all messed up. reading way more air, just getting all sorts of messed up information and trying to process what it cant handle. so i need a custom burnt chip and a dyno tune...sounds simple right? well happens to be that not many shops in Indiana period have the facilities to custom burn a chip along with a dyno tune, sure i can get a dyno tune, but no chip. i could always just say screw taking it somehwere and buy the software and set up the computer on my own.....but i will do nothing but mess that one up. i dont work well with electronics of that stature. so now comes the question, "where can i get this tune/chip burn done?". if any of you have any suggestions or comments, please, PLEASE, help me out. this sh$t of my car not running the way it should be is getting very annoying. thanks to all and i hope i can get some positive insight on the matter.
