I bought a 2013 ford mustang v6 and I have seen few wire cut so I would like to know what are these wires responsible for I also have check engine light on one of my upstream sensor and the code is P2254-00 so I want to know if one of those cut wire is responsible of no sending signal to my pcm I’m going post picture of the cut wires.

Maybe they had an alarm or remote start or something. First one is spliced in there and not done well, not a factory wire. Maybe remove the tape on the other ones and see if its the same situation.
