I need Som help

OK i have a 95 gt with gt40 x alum. heads and gt 40 upper and lower(off an explore) and a 3200-3500 stall what cam should i run?

1. F cam
2. Stag 2 trick flow
or stick with the e303 that cam in the car when i got it

None of the above.

Talk to a cam designer (Ed Curtis at FlowTech Induction, or Jay Allen at Camshaft Innovations) or call a cam manufacturer's tech line and ask which off the shelf cam grind they'd recommend. The converter's stall should be decided on after picking a cam though. Do you already have that converter, or you're thinking of having that be your stall speed?

+1 on getting Ed or Jay's advice, or another cam designers. They are the guys to go to for a reason...

A custom cam, though expensive, will yield the best results; just a thought.
