I need to ship the stock v6 bumper off of my daily driver to Texas, from California. The problem is UPS and Fedex both want my first born plus my left nut. When I bought the GT bumper a few years ago it only cost us like 45 or so dollars to have it shiped from Texas to California. The thing is an oversized package so they are charging by dimentional wieght instead of the 8.xx pounds that it wieghs. How do companies ship these things in an affordable mannor ? I know these kind of parts get shiped around every day and I am damn sure no one is paying 400+ dollars to send it 1/2 way across the country.
