OK so just recently with no notice every time i start my car the rear speakers pop. only the rear lower speakers. (i have the mach 460 in a 97 gt) Its kinda annoying, i havn't noticed any sound diffrence in the speaker. but i can't really tell all that big of a diff between small distortion and none. so it doesn't bother me. But my question is what can i do to get it to stop. I hate every time i start my car. POP goes me rear speakers, its embarising for me...

radio, but i bought the proper harness to make it work... or thats what the place that instaleed it said.. if they ****ed it up i will be sooo pissed, i didn't really know that there was a harness out, and where to buy one at the time so i payed $100 for that and like $50 for the install

I would check the work done on the radio. One time I had a car audio place in Dallas install an alpine cd deck in my truck and I told them I wanted them to use a car install kit and harness so it would be all clean looking. Even paid extra for it too. What did the "install kit" consist of? A black piece of plastic to cover extra space from the factory radio and sodered wires instead of a harness. Needless to say I got my "install kit" money back.
