Well here is story
It took me about one full year and a lot money to get from 15.1@89 (stock form) to 14.7@93 (with 70% mods)
,than I get FRPP aluminum driveshaft and BBK aluminum underdrive pulleys and I cut e.t. on first pass to 14.1@97 But my goal was 13s and 100mph,so I got heads,cam and everything else needed to get everything right (cost me almost $2500 for H/C) so on first pass I made 13.6@102,than I change track than 13.3@105 and I went to Quaker City ,OH and I got 12.9@108 with just 1.8 60ft (thats two months ago and here is the link when I reach 12s http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=501466)
On this track day in Quaker City ,OH I had brand new TwEECer R/T and POS laptop and just before first run I melt hard drive in laptop and I couldn't play with spark and A/F or anything ,so I decide to bump fuel pressure from 38psi to 50psi because I know it was runing 14.7;1 at WOT without TwEECer so I richen up little bit and than I did huge burnout and I got my best 60ft ever (1.8)
Keep in mind that I still have stock TB,stock T-5 with 3.73s ,stock old struts/shocks
I come back home and a few days after I fix my laptop BUT nittos was too bold to get on track again so I call this year
I can play with tune and get my heavy Stang almost 3900lbs, heavyer than Pauls but I don't have time and money (I just make $8.64 per hour) but enough for modding my Stang
I reach and over reach my 13sec pass with 100mph (12.9@108) so I ain't gona play N/A anymore , it's time to go with power adder
I won't talk about that now ,but something will be in the next summer,I will made another thread about that
I know this 11 years old ,106.xxx miles short block can't hold too much but ,we will see what I can do with this and how far I can push heavy Stang
