Hey I'm looking to get a Mustang after I sold my vert. I'm looking at this 1991 LX right now and need some advice. The ad says "built for blower/turbo/n2o. 306, TFS heads, FCam, 76MM Mass Air, 24-lb injectors, etc. $8500." Does this sound like a reliable setup? I'm looking for a daily driver and I don't want to buy someone else's problem. I guess I'm just looking for advice as what to do.

Pictures would help alot better then typing the add.. Maybe go look at it and take a camera.. That would help get you alot more/better answers.... Sound like its worth looking at tho~!

F-cam? on a daily driver? Good luck.


That car sounds more like a weekend car. I'm not sure i would want to sit in traffic on my way to work in a car like that.

Oh god.... blower/turbo/nitrous ready setup.... what is that suposed to men, it doesn't have rod knock? You don't build a nitrous and force inducted engine the same. Also a turbo is a blower. Look at the quality of the car before you buy.

maybe he is saying it has forged internals to handle the load of a poweradder ....and a fox for 8500 bucks better be spectacular!!!!! that price is nuts....but in mi cars go a lot chaper then all you guys post i get blown away at the prices cars are selling in other regions for!! when i get time to sell i will have to post in here to see where i need to drive my car to sell it.

my dads no rust built 5.0 gt vert sold here for 3k and i bought mine bone stock perfect condition for 5k to much in my opinion but i wanted a stang ...(my first) so i got it.
