'91 LX convertible
302 FRPP Boss crate engine
Windsor Jr heads
Scorpion 1.6 rockers
Mac equal length headers, H pipe, out to Flow Max mufflers
3.73's
rebuilt T5 with new Centerforce DF clutch
BBK subframes

I have not seen it in person yet but it looks super clean in the pictures. The biggest attraction for me is the Boss block 302. So what do you guys think ? The offer is this car plus cash on top for my Cobra.

I guess if you want a Foxbody vert. I'd be pretty hard pressed to trade an SN for that. The block maybe good, but the Boss block is by no means the best, and with those heads it's of no advantage whatsoever. Not sure if you have a vert now, but I would never own a Fox vert. It is not a Ford car, all the vert mods were done by aftermarket companies and then shipped to the dealers. Dropping the top is major affair, and they always leak. Always.

It looks pretty clean in the pics, but all depends on what you like. I am not a fan of fox verts, so I would keep the '94 and build your engine in it. Plus, your '94 has 4 wheel disk brakes, and the fox has rear drums. I hate working on drum brakes, so that is a negative for me. But just because it isnt my thing, doesnt mean you wouldnt enjoy it. If you want something different, then I say go for it.

Unless the Mustang was built before '74, I wouldn't even consider trading...and even then only if I was in the market for a classic. Trading backwards from EFI to an archaic carburetor?!? As far as I'm concerned, he ruined the car when he removed the EFI. Unless your Cobra is a complete pile, pass on it. I don't care how nice a shape that Fox is.

This was before it was converted back over to EFI.

The car has been converted back over to EFI. My Cobra only has 36,xxx miles the clock as of right now.

Don't mind him.... they read backwards that far north. I think water swirls down the drain in the opposite direction too... At least during the few times that it's in liquid form.

Remember, he is offering cash $$$ on top of the car and I would have to see at least $3000 to even consider it.

Definately something to consider. I think your $3000 is very reasonable, and I wouldn't take anything less. It wasn't too long ago that 94'-95' Cobras were commanding upwards of $12k, but they seem to have dropped down to about $8K recently.
