Does anybody know of any well written books.Or youtube videos that kinda shows how to assemble the interior.Dash and trim, seats.Any advice I would really apperciate.

Just do a search in vintage parts, manuals and literature, and there are several other assembly manuals available, for interior and drive line as well...
