who sale the iac adjuster plate. it a plate that sits inbetween the throttle body and iac motor i cant find it anywhere

Ive got one of those things. Maybe someday Ill put it on the car once I figure out how to use it.

Your local Ford dealer should be able to help. I had one of those on my 86Gt and it solved the idle isuue immediately. Good luck
