May be a dumb question but is the IAC supposed to leak air from here? I just installed this brand new IAC and both the old and new one leak from this round part. I have no other vacuum leaks. Also when plugged in or unplugged there is no change in Idle Speed or RPMs. Possibly the TB? On a 1999 Cobra.
