Looks to me like she has a "significant other" who is also a member. I'd put my money on user 92F. Regardless, back on topic: impossibly vague? Need more specific Q's. You may want to try punching things into the forum search as you think of them to just to see what comes up. It is in no way a perfect system, but you may be surprised how much you can learn just by nosing around with it anyway. When you need something expounded on, we're here. Good luck!

I'll give the benefit of the doubt and assume maybe she wants other viewpoints or just a broad range of general knowledge and experience. If thats the case, then there is no way all that will all fit in one thread or even 1000. Kick back and check out the "search" function if you want to know something. If you cant find what you want, then post a question in the most relevant forum.

if you want to know how different parts of the car work (engines, transmissions, brakes, etc), try www.howstuffworks.com ...that's where I started...very helpful.

Hang around the sight and read. Any questions look em up and if you can't find answer don't hesitate to post. Welcome.

It's running good man..I'll let you know in a couple weeks when I get my C4 in how she does at the track. There's also a couple little things that still need to be done like MSD & a throttle body (probably 70mm), but otherwise no complaints at all

Well here's what I know. When you turn on your car the "engine" makes some noise and power when you give it gas . WHen you hit the gas hard it transfers this power to the rear wheels (Front wheels in some lame cars) and if your car is quick enough then you hold on for dear life. That's all I know.
