i don't know about your specific throttle body, but most aftermarket tb's DO NOT have the small hole drilled in the throttle blade like the stock tb's do.
it may seem small, but after doing 3-4 of these myself, i found that idle quality improves significantly when i drill the hole.
food for thought. there should be no other reason for poor idle quality if there are no vacuum leaks.
My stock tb didnt have a hole in the blade
However I put a frpp70mm tb on my car which did have an air hole in the blade and had a high idle afterwards. I checked my tps and got a new IAC which didn't change anything. I ended up just going with an accufab tb/plenum(which didnt have a tb air hole) and my car idled perfect again. I would start out by checking your TPS and then all your gaskets and vaccum lines.
