if i do a 2.81 pulley w/ belt should i do a UPR idler pulley also?

Idler pulley is a yes most definitely, but I'd get something from Billetflow before I'd give my money to UPR. UPR is kind of like the Wal-Mart of the Mustang accessory business. Just my 2¢.
