vristang said:In my opinion you would be time and money ahead using common 5 lugs. They are plenty strong enough, and you could surely find something lighter than the viper wheels. The parts are easy to find and there are plenty of people who can help you with the conversion.

This thought came to my mind too. Have you thought much about actually physically fitting those huge tires/wheels in the back of your Mustang? Sure it would look cool, no doubt, but you're most likely going to have to mini-tub it and get a fuel cell. Do you know the backspacing on those wheels? Have you checked around for repro viper wheels? There are a few companies that make reproduction wheels in different sizes and different bolt patterns than stock. You could possibly buy those wheels in a 4 or 5 lug pattern that would fit your current rear end and get some 9-10" wide wheels for the back and throw some 275 or 295's on it and call it a day.vristang said:I just saw how big the tires are.
