IF MONEY WASN'T AN ISSUE (experts, need facts not opinions)

If you're doing this for handling reasons you might want to reconsider. The Viper is quite a bit wider than the fox body mustang and actually justifies putting those huge tires on it. To fit the Viper wheels in your mustang you WOULD definitly have to mini tub it, and get shortened axles and all that......which would pretty much put the car into a drag stlye setup. I just can't see it cornering very well with huge tires like that in it.

I think it would be eaier to modify the wheel than to modify your axles/spindles etc. You could find a good aluminum wleder and then close the holes. Weld on a reinforcement plate and then have a machinist drill out your four lug pattern. Now you can run your viper wheels at autocross and your ponys on the street.

what about the chrome 5 spoke (or six) wheels that are on the newer vipers? The idea is great, but the wheels would look like ****. Those viper wheels can hold some huge width tires.... plenty of traction, but put those things on there. But do what you want, it is your car. :)

Thats an idea, just gotta make sure it works, im sure I couldnt sell 4 lug viper wheels very easily lol. The newer viper wheels are nicer, maybe I'll be open to using them down the road if this works....

BTW, im not buying these wheels, I do HAVE them with tires in my garage. I got them from a friend for $500, its hard for me to really loose out to bad at this point. If anytihing else, I will learn alot about my cars suspension/axle/rearend setup in the process.

In my opinion, I think those wheels look good on the Viper and only on the Viper. There are so many options out there for mustang rims, why get Viper rims. I know it feels good to look different, but not that different. Chip Foose makes some hot custom cars and rims. He could probaly set up good-looking 6-lug rims for your mustang. However, it is your choice, so good luck with it.

Since money isn't an option why not hunt down Viper suspension parts and use them? I am sure the Viper brake system will stop a Fox body on a dime since they are meant for a 450 hp car.

My car will have around 450 rwhp, however, its how to get the wheels onto the fox, not the viper suspension.

I'm personally not even a fan of vipers. You cant even tell minor details from pictures, like how the back wheels are dished in. I didnt like them until I saw them but once I take some good pics with a nice camera I'll show them to you guys, on the car.

like I said, I want to have these wheels on the car for performance, not for looks, if it sucks, back to the drawing board, not the end of the world.
