If you broke 14's in a stock stang enter....

Never ran bone stock, i ran with pullies and k&n filter and ran a 14.8 at best and a 15. flat at worse with a miss shift. It was 95 degrees and density altitude was at 5000 + feet. Track was horrible thats the reason we call it spinwell instead of pinwell out here in the deserts of west texas, don't remember my trap speed but was in the low 90 to mid 90 mph. Then added x-pipe and catback and drop half a second on bald tires same conditions a year later almost on the exact same day in the summer and ran a best of a 14.3. Now i have tires and more mods and i am hoping to hit the track this weekend and see what i run before putting control arms and gears in the rear.

bone stock with 40 series flowmasters was 13.90 @ 100 even. 8.98 @ 79 in the 1/8 and a 2.02 60 footer. That was not easy. It does take time and practice to learn lights and launching perfect to get those .020-.030 r/ts, so those guys saying easy 13s in the cars stock are full of BS! When I say stock though I mean down to the factory tires.
