what would you do? this is on a bullitt...so would you buy a replacement stock 2v, karkraft has them for like 1800...would you rebuild it with forged stuff?...would you buy a built long block?(if so from where)...would you buy a built short block and get the stock heads cleaned up?..or would you drop an 03 cobra motor in there and do all the crap to make it pass smog? the car is not a dedicated race car and it will be a daily driver so im not looking to get more than 550hp out of it MAX...that would be from the cobra motor...i would be a very happy guy with 400.

i dont have the time nor desire to do it myself...and to be honest i dont have the know-how to do it right anyway, besides the machine work would have to get sent out anyway...so do you think it would be cheaper to buy a rotating assembly and HAVE it rebuilt with the new parts? btw, i checked out the vt engines and that is a little more than i was looking to spend for a 2v.
