Guys,
I just installed a Lentech full manual VB for my AODE. The car sat for about a month until I got around to removing the old VB, and installing the new one...yeah I’m a little lazy. Well, I finished the install today, added tranny fluid, and fired the car up. It started right away with no issues. I let the car warm-up, and put it through the gears to make sure everything was working fine.
I decided to take the car for a spin around the block. The car drove fine until I would floor it. For some reason the car cuts out right about 4000 RPMs. It drives great up until 4K, then it starts to hesitate...kind of like it’s "chugging".
Any ideas what may be causing this? The ignition is stock (for now), with the exception of an MSD coil, and FMS plug wires.
