Ignition upgrade suggestions

So now that I’ve decided on how I’m rebuilding my 390FE, I can’t justify stabbing it with the stock points distributor.

What ignition system would you suggest for the following.

Stock bottom end with Forged SpeedPro 9.5:1 pistons
Comp 280H cam
Edelbrock RPM heads
Edelbrock RPM intake
Holly 770 Street Avenger

I installed a Crane XR-700 electronic ignition control module on my 73 mustang probable 6 years ago now and I have been extremly happy with it. The points in my distributor were replaced with a light activated trigger. I ordered mine from Jegs, I think it was around 100 bucks.

MSD is making self contained distributors that look like normal distributors. 3 wires and a coil and you have accurate timing to like 9 or 10 grand.
