Hey everyone !!
I have a Clifford Cut-OFF switch that I've had for years and never had a problem with. Today I went 2 start my car by inserting the cut-off key and then placing the car key in the igniton. The car did not turn over and I lost all power. I then popped my hood and checked the battery and alternator which looked fine. I waited a few minutes and then the cut off switch light came back on and I had power. I tried turning on the car again and lost all power. I did this several times until finally the car turned over. I was talking to a friend of mine who said that its probably a bad igniton switch. Obviously their seems to be an electrical short somewhere. Any input would help. Does anyone think its the igniton switch or do u think it may have something to do with the cutoff switch that I have never had a problem with. I recently installed a Vortech S-Trim blower and a superchip, would this have anything 2 do with it? Also after the Vortech install one of my pulleys is extremly loud at idle, any reason for this? Thanks in advance
