I have a number of projects going on an any given time, and not all of them are automotive related. However in an effort to give back to the Mustang II community that has helped me in the past I have started to create a resource that hopefully the entire community can contribute to and benefit from.
I know how people hate going to the archives for the mailing lists. I also know many times people either can't or don't use the search button in the various forums. I also know that the .net and .org sites can't keep all the relevant and curent information for one reason or another (often time or an inability to verify new information).
So as a solution to these issues I would like to announce a Mustang II wiki at http://IIwikid.com for the general public. I do not intend to step on anyones toes and welcome any one or any site that wishes to contribute, copy and use materials to the wiki for themselves.
IIwikid was inspired by wikipedia and uses the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL) for content also. The site also uses mediawiki which was originally written for the wikipedia project.
I don't feel the site is ready for the public, but if I don't announce it right now I doubt I ever will. Feel free to contribute, edit (what little there is), and use the site. If you wish to comment to me personally my personal email address is gaheath@gaheath.com <-- I don't fear getting more spam because I am posting this because I doubt I will notice more spam as I average 1300+ junk emails a day.
