Guys wish me luck...starting this weekend @ 7:00am I am starting my h/c/i swap. I will also be doing all the other essentials. I have a feeling I will be doing a lot of this , but hopefully all will be well.
I am going with the trick flow combo( with all the f**** things associated with our year. Also doing fuel pump, injectors, throttle body, sct chip, maf, and stuff like timing chain/water pump, etc.
Good luck. I am the kind of person that likes to have things done fast and I am into a solid 2 months of problems. Moral of the story? Don't make TOO many changes at one time!!
I would like to get it tuned, but for now I installed a custom SCT chip to make up for the egr delete, and make the puter know about the cam, heads, injector etc. I would post pics but I left my camera at my friends place . Oh well I will keep you guys posted.
