My plugs are white and so are the Hego's. I have a voltmeter off of the sig wire for the 02 on the right side. Ran it into the Car to see what there doing while I'm driving. When It's cold I read 0.22, once it's hot I read while cruzzing 0.17. Gas it and it drops to 0.06 Then I'll get a check engine light. According to ProM's web site 0.33 is way Lean I need to see something like a .8 for it to be right. The 02's are new with the act,ect I tried a different MAF and checked for vaccum leaks as well none where found. I also tried a new EGR valve. The fuel pressure is set to 40 with the vaccum off, Adding Fuel has no effect. The motor is stock with a new 155lph fuel pump. I'm at the Brick wall with no where to go. I know whats wrong but can't FIX it. I'm down to the EEC or maybe Injectors Being Bad. Any help you can give would be helpful thanks.

Like you said, i'd vote for injectors or a clogged fuel filter or something that's blocking the fuel pressure from being where you've set it. I'm no expert on EFI though so that's just my guess. Give it a couple hours untill some of these guys either wake up or get on the computer and the answers will come rollin in....lol
