Man i always make such long post titles. I just need a quick answer here. I am about to order some from end suspension bushings from 50resto and they dont sell the front sway bar mount bushings by year only by size, so what size if our stock front sway bar?

I just did this myself John. Bimmertech is right - there are 3 common sizes. WHen I Vernier'd mine, it turns out I have (what I think to be an oddball) 30 MM bar.

Good luck.

You did better than I. I could not even find mine on Summit IIRC. ES does list 30mm as a possible size though (some graduations are as small as 1/16", which made me wonder if I was off by a hair).

Good luck - dont forget end links if you need them. :nice:

Yeah i got the Urethane end links, Urethane Bar mount bushings, Urethane Center drilled Steering rack bushings. Im also gonna get some 03 Cobra A-arms, new rag joint, and anything else i might need to freshen up my front suspension.

Sweet man. Sounds like a good project. Dont forget little stuff like spring isolators, strut bushings (if you dont have CC's) and so on. Have fun!

Yeah i have Urethane Isolators all around with Steeda Spring, Mach 1 Tokicos, and MM CC Plates. Im also gonna do new inner and outer tie rod ends. Is there anything i am missing?

Other than having fun trying to do the inner tie rods (on a fox, you gotta drill out a roll pin deal and use a rented tool to get them off. Not sure on the SN's though), I think you have it covered.

I did use Poly boots on the front suspension (tie rods, etc) just for fun.

Motor, trans and crossmember mounts, though unrelated, might be an idea.

As you can see from my tangent ramblings, I cant think of anything you are missing though John. :nice:
