Impressed with AmericanMuscle

i have said it once and i will say it again, american muscle defines what a parts company should be: easy to navigate web page, free shipping, FAST shipping, simplicity through the whole process, and the biggest...if they mess up they take care of you and then some with no hassle and an apology.

i just dont understand why other companies have such a hard time doing the same thing american muscle does

posted via mobile device i ordered o2 sensor extentions from them and paid the garaunteed 3 day shippin and got them in 5 days..glad i wasnt in total need to get them...either way, everything else was smooth and nice.. ill probably order from them a lot :nice:

i called in my exhaust order from work on monady morning and fedex had my parts at the door tuesday morning. i will go to american muscle for ALL of my need for my stang first and if they dont have it i will then shop else where.

I ordered a ton of parts for my old v6 and a few for my car now from american muscle. They were fast and friendly when I called over the phone to change an order. Most places raise hell if you change an order but they just said ok and fixed it. The only "problem" with them is they don't offer enough 5.0 performance parts IMO like intakes and cams and that kinda thing because I'd love to be able to buy EVERYTHING from them

I bought my chrome Cobra Rs replicas and Nitto 555s from them. AM mounted and balanced them for free, plus free shipping, plus the cheapest prices. I got them, and was scared that they may have put some of the tires on backwards (because of the directional tread), but to my relief, they were perfect.

My first and last experience with another company (who I won't name) went down in a not-so-good way. Lesson learned: don't deal with anyone but AM.

As someone already said, I can't understand why every company can't do what American Muscle does.

This is good to hear. I plan on placing an order for a wheel and tire package with them later this week.

It's also refreshing to see a thread that is giving props to a company when they are due, instead of the usual "Don't buy from Such and Such!" rant threads.
