Your car would be in the low 9's, until you do a h/c/i swap or the bottle. Oh by the way take the audio system out when you race it less weight faster the car.

High/Mid-9's with street tires (assuming you're cutting at least 2.0X 60ft times), Low-9's/High-8's with drag radials. You're going to need real power to get much quicker than that. More that basic bolt-ons will give you, i'm afraid.

And H/C/I stands for Heads, Cam, Intake.

whats the equivalent of a 9.0 1/8 mile pass in 1/4 mile ET. I think you should definitely change the gearing...that will make a huge difference. I think i dropped almost .5 seconds in the quarter when i went from 2.73's to 3.73's. Also think about subframe connectors and a nice exhaust set-up.

Your reaction time has nothing to do with your ET or your MPH.

What is your budget? Gears will definately help and while you are down there some control arms would be help complete the rear end. Subframe connectors would be nice to tighten up the car. Exhaust for a stock motor unless your cats are clogged really doesn't net you very good hp per dollar. Full exhaust will run you at least 1k so I would put that money elseware. I would shy away from the SSI and get something proven like an Edelbrock/typhoon or cobra/gt40/explorer if you are keeping the stock heads for now. They will work just fine once you get heads but if you get a Holley or TFS you really can't take advantage of them till you get some better heads.

My car went 9 flat with basic boltons like what you posted, street tires and 3.73's. I have'nt been able to drive my car with the new setup posted in my sig, so it's driving me crazy. I need to get it tuned. Oh by the way that was with another person in the car with me.

I was hoping somebody would say that. The clock starts when your car moves, not when the light turns green.
