IMRC Troubles

I have a 2010 Mustang GT. I recently had some Comp Cams installed and a base tune was installed. I recently saw my check engine light come on and
did a diagnostic and 2 codes came up, P2004 and P2005. The mechanic that installed my cams said to get Delete plates and an updated tune.

I am asking if this is the way to get rid of these codes?

Not sure but with cams you should delete the charge motion plates anyway, otherwise they can cause some driveability issues.
