Ive got every totally apart and I am trying to clean all the old crap off from the block, is it bad if the old gasket crap gets down in all the little holes for the coolant?? and is there a way too block it from falling in there? or can it be flushed out after all clean? not worried about the pistons as i can just vaccume them out
What do you guys do?

Yeah, I don't consider it a big deal. I would just flush the system when you get done to get it all out. If you want to keep it out, shove some tore up napkins in there, but not too far that you can't get them out.

Use a good vaccuum to get the pieces out.

when i did mine i used a wet/dry vac and did quick pulls on the water jacket passages, it got all of the metal shavings out with minimal water being sucked up.
