Hey kids...can't really pinpoint the info I need. I hope you can help me?

WHAT are the HP/TQ gains of running short tube headers and no cats? (**I'm in CA...willing to change mid-pipes back and forth, but not headers, so no full length tubes.**)

I will build midpipes using some sort of x-over (undecided). I will also be wanting a quieter sounding exhaust than my weld-in Flow 40s.

PLEASE feel free to enlighten me.

Unless you have a blown cobra, shorty headers really arent worth the effort if you ask me, esp. if you have no more than boltons. You would only see a few hp at best from installing them. Long primary tubes are a must for making a real power increase. You would probably see roughly a 15hp increase with shorties and lack of convertors.
