Here in SW OH, the snow just started a couple of hours ago. So far less than an inch, but on the news this evening the forecast models have all been upgraded to HIGHER levels of snow accumulation. Possible 12"-18" across a large area! The "good" news is that it's very cold here, so the snow should be pretty fluffy, reducing the chances of pulling down power lines and trees.

Around my neck of the woods, it's A-holes that cannot drive in snow that bring down power lines.

it is -11*F this morning at 7:00 a.m.
The snowstorm is not supposed to arrive until tomorrow.
Reports are all over the place, from 3-5" all the way up to 10-15" of the fun stuff.
It has to warm up to get that much snow. The only way it is this cold right now is because it is clear skies.
I plowed the driveway yesterday to clear the 4" we got last Wednesday. I guess I will get to push a bunch more around after work on Monday night.

Yeah I sleep threw the cold and enjoy the warmer daytime.
This is gonna change hopefully soon as my liver transplant is going to take place in salt lake city,Utah.
Went there last week for tests and to meet the surgeon, it was freaking bone chilling cold.

No worries. She def not "giving" it away.

I bought a T-shirt giving me 5 entries in the raffle.

I'd have got the hoodie too but she says your prognosis is pretty good.

I spent about 3 hours today clearing ~15" of snow from the driveway and sidewalk. Last time I cleared this much snow with this same snowblower was 1978! Both of us are still gettin 'er done!
Oh, and it's still snowing... And it's 12 degrees F.

Lol I'm chilling in hibernation mode until it melts, my ribs are still too messed up to deal with this crap, it ain't snow, just trillions of tiny ice balls that looks like snow piled about 11" high and its not getting above freezing any time this week so they ain't going anywhere lol. Time to cancel the windshield replacement I had scheduled for Tuesday, the temp swing turned a tiny a chip into a giant crack that runs across the top layer last week.

I think we got 20.5" so far here in MA. Have another 3-6" coming later on.

Roads are already pretty clear. They do a good job with snow removal here. I was out at 10AM getting my AM coffee and seeing what folks were up to. Snowblowers humming everywhere.

Platnium 30+ SHO really earned it's keep today. Thing is a beast. 22" to the top of the front bucket edge. Had to go high and then low to take care of the berm
