What size pulley now? I'm running a 3.8"

I don't remember if I have a 3.8" or 3.7" now... I'll have to double check, FWIW the car makes 11 lbs of boost currently. We are going to try the 3.47 for now to see if we can get the car to go in the 9's with the pulley and converter. If that doesn't make it happen I have a 3.33" pulley and worst case will send the head unit in to upgrade to a JT-b (billet wheel).

Sounds faaaaast hahaha. These cars pull HARD with FI. Seriously the best mod I've ever done to a car. It's worth every penny.

The kit is just two plugs to fill intake and firewall

I don't think you would want to leave a hole in the firewall from the engine compartment.
I'm sure there is a lot of stuff one could find at a hardware store to plug the hole and cap the intake

You can get both of those at any autoparts store it's just more convenient

If you leave firewall open the gasses would leak into your firewall and im sure bugs would crawl in or a nice rat.
