if i raise my boost on my salleen sc by 4 lbs will i need to retune the car.im using my safe tune and not the aggressive and it makes 465 compared to 440 on the safe tune.i just want to see how much better it runs before i rebuild the short block.i will probably try the aggressive tune last just incase it blows.im putting the 2.87 pulley on it and should make about 13 lbs of boost.

You would need a tune, that is a pretty big increase in boost. You will lean it out real bad, I would bet on it blowing up if you just throw the smaller pulley on it.
