Hey Opentracker, got any more pics of your car? How about a video that that camera mounted to the roll bar is taking of that run? You running minilights on that thing?

I have a lot of photos and stuff. It runs true minilites on the street and VWW #48's on the track.

Send my a email if you want a tape, I have no way to post it.

Not much, it got 14MPG on the first trip and about 15-16 on the second trip. The car ran a little hot in LA the first time, I was glad for the cooler temp.


As a side note. Mine is so big it makes the car hard to work on at the track. After each session I like to check fluids and give it a quick look-see. That thing is BIG.

Excellent man, thanks. Don't know how I missed that one. I guess I must have felt that I didn't belong in with the GT crowd.

EDIT: By the way, this guy has pretty much what I am planning on doing, except that I will run a gasket all around the outer edge of the bottom to seal against the hood.
