Today I finished putting on the following parts on my car and now need to get a tune.

Chicane RIPP CAI
Chicane 66mm S/C pulley
SVT Focus fuel pump
Accufab 75mm TB
NGK TR6 plugs

I have never had a dyno tune done before and I am not sure what to look for in a good tuner. There is only one shop in my area that does dyno-tuning, so I want to make sure that they will be checking for everything that needs checked. If they don't, my only other option is to go the mail order tune route. My ? is what needs checked and measured besides h.p., torque, and A/F? I also have a 90mm LMAF and 42lb injectors that I haven't installed because I am not sure if I will need to. Will the tuner be able to tell me if I am pegging my MAF meter and if my injectors are maxed out? I plan on using a SCT tuner with an X-cal II because I heard it is the only one that will read the Saleen "powerflash".

The best way to go is to a dyno. What type of tuning device will they use(SCT X-Cal,Diablo Sport or some type of chip). I'n sure they'll check youe A/F ratio. Also see if they can datalog the car for you. The datalogger can be set up to check other parameters of the car(fuel curves,O2 sensors, timing, and so on). I see that your S/C'd so You should probably install your MAF and injectors. Some one else chime in here. You'll definitely want a hand held tuner so you can "play" around with things. This is the advantage you'll have over a chip. You'll also be able to data log the car yourself. Call them and see what's up. Pearl02.
