I just took a shower, then went to the parts store to get some oil for this weekend when I mess with my car, and upon leaving I saw a $100 bill floating through the parking lot.

I IMMEDIATELY RAN after it. It went across the street to the Tobacco plus and then finally stoppd and I picked it up. I looked and noone else was running for it and It came from down the road. I knew I would never find the owner and deep down didnt really want to.

But now Im $100 richer.

yesterday i filled up with 91 at the shell after they changed the price from 2.93-3.06. well somehow they left the first digit a 2. so i paid 2.06 for 91--a savings of $10.

i went back 4 hours later to fill up some gas cans and they had changed it back.

Ben, I had a similar situation to yours a good while back. I run mid-grade in my car. The gas station I went to had the regular & mid-grade at normal prices (can't remember what the prices were) .... but the 93 was LESS THAN REGULAR. Needless to say .... I filled up with 93.

There's a gas station right around the corner from me, and a coworker tells me that the meter isn't right, that it pumps more gas than it says. So I go to fill up when on empty a month ago, and sure as **it, meter says I filled up with 8.5 gallons!!! Which comes out to be around $1.97 when gas was $3.25... It stayed this way for about 3 weeks, and got 2 full tanks of gas for one low price....... until Dept. of Weights and Balances came and changed it out yesterday.

i found $20 at the bar last week. we were playing pool, then someone came up and challeged us for the table. then they proceeded to drop a $20 while playing. he lost the game and $20 a few pitchers were on him!!
