Injector problem...

with the key on and the engine off, there is 12v coming from BOTH injector wires. is this normal??

are you using a DVOM or a test lamp and assuming its 12v?

the injectors should have a constant 12 volts with the key on. the puter sends a ground pulse to open and close the injectors. with the car not running, there should be no ground.

A noid light makes testing like this easier.

Yes. The coil in the injector allows the current from one side to pass to the other. Thus, you will have voltage on both wires until the ECM pulses with ground. HISSIN is correct.
